A Joyful Yoga Experience with Puppies

We are so excited to introduce Puppies & Poses, a heart-opening puppy yoga class in Washington DC, located in the heart of Dupont Circle, where mindful movement meets playful puppy energy.

Flow through a gentle, all-levels puppy yoga practice while adorable puppies roam the room, cuddle up, and bring joy to this unique puppy yoga experience in DC.

What to Expect

• A 75-minute all-levels puppy yoga class in Dupont Circle, including 30 minutes of puppy playtime and 45 minutes of yoga
• A lighthearted, uplifting wellness experience in Washington DC
• The opportunity to support local breeders and rescues in the DC area
• Endless smiles, tail wags, and one of the most joyful things to do in Dupont Circle

Welcome to Moonflight. This is where most of our pilates magic happens and where we'll host grounding workshops to help you reconnect and rise.
This is where we help you soar through energy work and reiki as well as nutritional and life coaching.
This is our lounge; your post-class landing spot. Unwind, sip tea, and catch up with a friend. You've earned it!
