Hatha Kundalini Tantra

Rooted in the Sivoham Tantric lineage as taught by the Anuttara school, this practice will guide students through an experience of their subtle energy at the level of each of the 7 chakras. Connect more deeply with your authentic, inner self by moving awareness from root to crown with asana, meditation, pranayama and mantra. Suitable for all levels of experience. We'll start with a short discussion of Kundalini energy, tantra, and the specifics of this practice, the Anuttara School and the Shivoham lineage. Then we will work our way slowly up through the chakras from root to crown, using longer holds in each asana, mental recitation of bija mantras (seed sounds), pranayama, visualization, and meditation.
