YOGA , BREATHWORK
A local resident and instructor, for the past 11 years, I have devoted my time and energy to studying and walking the path of yoga. While I started under the ashtanga yoga framework, I have branched out to other more energetic practices like Reiki and holotropic breathwork. When I completed my yoga teacher training in 2016, I was exposed to a variety of practices such as Vinyasa, Yin, Iyenger, and Dharma from which I pull inspiration for my teaching. I believe yoga is a practice that's meant to bring us closer to the true essence of who we are.
